Job Description

This role offers an opportunity to make an impact on the production floor by supporting material planning and operations functions. You will prepare and monitor material requisitions and schedules aligned with production plans and floor capacity. Collaboration with material planners and handling material movements within production and the factory are key responsibilities. This position provides a chance to join a great team and achieve meaningful accomplishments at the end of each day.

• Monitor and transact material receipts thoroughly, both physically and systematically.
• Develop and suggest locations for part storage and organization.
• Follow department material handling practices and procedures, ensuring safety and efficiency, while meeting customer requirements.
• Verify the quantity and conformance of materials against identifications and documentation.
• Utilize Oracle and other computer systems, including in-house programs and customer portals.
• Collaborate with a team and other departments to meet production needs.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• High School Diploma plus 1+ year of experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience in data entry, email communication, and navigating computer systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• Understanding of ERP/MRP systems, preferably Oracle.
• Experience in the defense manufacturing industry.
• Lean Manufacturing experience.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $46,680 - $74,687

Please note: Salaries are determined based on market pay structures, individual qualifications, skills, education, and experience, among other factors.
