Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Senior Associate, Material Management in Ashburn, VA. This on-site role supports end-to-end material planning, MRP execution, and procurement collaboration to ensure on-time delivery and optimized inventory across contract and non-contract materials.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of related experience (or equivalent), strong data analysis skills, and the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years of related experience, or graduate degree/similar
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of related experience
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems and data analysis are preferred

Responsibilities

• Review the MRP system daily to support planning activities and identify discrepancies
• Maintain planning parameters in the MRP system to ensure data accuracy
• Process demand signals and purchase requisitions to support on-time fulfillment
• Expedite materials and update planning data as projects change
• Monitor material shortages and assist with corrective actions
• Support site metrics and continuous improvement in Materials Management
