Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Material Planning Analyst in Oklahoma City for a Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm shift.

You will develop analyses to improve productivity and efficiency across operations, and support decision-making with robust reporting and data insights. The role requires a Bachelor’s in Logistics/Business or related field and at least 1 year in supply chain, along with strong Excel/Access skills and SAP data extraction experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, Supply Chain or related field or equivalent experience.
• 1 year of experience in supply chain or logistics.
• Proficiency in preparing, importing and manipulating data in spreadsheets, databases and presentations.
• Experience extracting system data from SAP and using Excel/Access to develop reports.
• Experience supporting Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and database systems.
• Advanced Excel skills, including macros.

Responsibilities

• Prepare operational analyses of services, projects or general business functions.
• Maintain databases; extract information and develop metrics and scorecards to measure and improve performance.
• Research operations data, review reports to identify issues across departments.
• Prepare reports, graphs, charts and presentations to support analyses.
• Utilize systems to develop and maintain reporting tools for business decisions.
• Perform supplier and location waste walks to generate cost-saving ideas.
