Job summary

Form Energy in the United States is seeking a Material Planner to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components for pilot lines and production sites. You will manage purchase orders in our ERP, work with suppliers, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to keep production flowing.

This role requires 1–5 years of relevant experience, a proactive mindset, and familiarity with procurement processes. Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets is expected; Oracle ERP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of relevant experience in material planning or procurement.
• Experience with ERP and purchasing processes is preferred.
• Strong organization and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Execute and follow up on creation of Purchase Orders in our ERP system
• Coordinate with suppliers for clear-to-build updates with cross-functional support
• Assist warehouse and accounts payable with troubleshooting parts receipts
