Job summary

WisLab EMS Corporation, a Wistron Company, is seeking a Material Planner in Fremont, CA to create reports on material status and maintain accurate records through the product lifecycle.

You will analyze inventory data, monitor material receiving, usage, excess and scrap transitions, and collaborate with buyers, warehouse teams and the broader material group.

Bi-lingual in Chinese a plus; English is a must. A BA/BS and 3+ years in electronic contract manufacturing are required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in electronic contract manufacturing field.
• MS Office and ERP system (SAP experience preferred).
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Metrics driven, ability to operate independently in a deadline driven environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Bi-lingual in Chinese a plus, English is must.
• 3+ years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Creates & generates reports for material status & maintain accurate records.
• Provides reports and material status updates internally and externally.
• Performs inventory data analysis, traceability and system logging.
• Monitor material receiving, usage, excess & scrap transition & allocation.
• Collaborates with buyers, warehouse, and other material team.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

The Material Planner
