Job summary

Faith Technologies is seeking an Excellerate Material Planner in Olathe, KS. The role supports the materials team, coordinating with receiving and production to keep schedules aligned with customer orders and due dates.

The position emphasizes timely material delivery, production planning, and collaboration with procurement and sales/ops to optimize supply levels and new product development. Overtime and varied shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0-2 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, material management or related field.
• Travel: 5-10%.
• Work schedule: 6 am–6 pm, Mon-Fri; may include nights, weekends and holidays; overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with receiving & production schedules for each project and adjust schedules as priorities dictate.
• Monitor schedule deviations and adjust production as needed.
• Communicate with production teams at order receipt and as production schedule changes could impact job sites.
• Monitor raw material delivery dates to ensure scheduled production can be completed; provide daily & long-term production/capacity planning.
• Daily coordination with production leadership, procurement and receiving staff to evaluate changes needed in the production schedule.
• Assure that raw materials can be procured as scheduled, without interruption to production schedule.
• Drive continuous improvement with operations and supply chain teams to increase production quality and yields.
• Work with procurement/inventory management and sales/operations to provide optimal supply levels and new product development processes.
• Performs other related duties as required.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Education: High School Diploma or GED
• Experience: 0-2 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, material management, inventory control or other related field
• Travel: 5-10%
• Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 6 am and 6 pm, Monday through Friday. Schedule may vary and can include, but is not limited to: nights, weekends, and holidays. Overtime may be required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Daily coordination/partnership with production leadership, procurement and receiving staff to evaluate any changes needed in the production schedule.
• Service: Timeliness of materials.
• Assure that raw materials can be procured as scheduled, without interruption or down time to production schedule.
• In collaboration with the operations and supply chain teams, drives continuous improvement to increase production quality and yields.
• Work closely with procurement/inventory management and sales/operations teams and processes to provide optimal supply levels and new product development processes.
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
