Summary : Utilizes Material and Tracking Inventory Control System (MATRICS) to maintain a balanced work schedule by generating tasks for Lift Truck Operators (LTOs) for Picking, Replenishment, Loading, Unloading, and Stocking
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with all departments to meet or surpass the plant’s safety goals. Safety – must be on a Safety Team either as a co-leader or participant. Maintains Employee Food Safety Awareness. Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures. Coordinate daily and weekly maintenance work to ensure maximum equipment uptime. Perform multiple tasks simultaneously. Coordinates all Inbound and Outbound trucks to the dock as to meet scheduled times Ensures proper synchronization of tasks that cause pick replenishment and picks to flow smoothly and efficiently. Monitors MATRICS system to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks Verify Inbound loads for accuracy Prints and processes necessary paperwork to ensure compliance with required policies Keeps MATRICS system clean Communicate with Carrier Drivers May need to perform visual verification of security procedures and seal applications Act as first line contact in situations of inventory and system issues Reports carrier holdover incidents to Coordinator and Load Control Schedules Inbound Appointments May need to work from the buffer during MATRICS outages Perform other duties as assigned.
This position also has accountability for QRMP standards as outlined in the Winchester Kraft Heinz QRMP accountability document.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS: Understand and follow company and site policies and procedures on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's), Hold Tags, HACCP, USDA, Foreign Objects, Safety and Security.
WORKING CONDITIONS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; outside weather conditions; extreme cold; risk of electrical shock and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Personal Protective Equipment While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to wear appropriate company-issued safety and GMP equipment, including: steel toe shoes that are also slip resistant, hearing protection, bump cap, and other personal protective equipment.
