Job summary

Copeland LP seeks a Materials Data Management professional to govern and lifecycle-manage material master data across the Americas HVACR business. You will collaborate with Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Finance, and IT to ensure data accuracy and system integrity.

The role involves establishing data standards, driving automation, and supporting Oracle, Ultriva, and eKanban to enable efficient manufacturing and supply chain operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in material master data management.
• Establish and maintain material master data standards, policies, and validation rules to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Manage the creation, updates, and governance of material master data across systems including Oracle, Ultriva, and eKanban.
• Drive automation and process improvement initiatives to reduce manual effort and enhance data quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance, accuracy, and lifecycle management of material master data across Americas HVACR business.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to establish data standards and drive data quality improvements.
• Ensure critical systems such as Oracle, Ultriva, and eKanban support manufacturing and supply chain operations.
• Monitor data quality, resolve issues, and maintain compliance through reporting and data cleansing.
