Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct manager of personnel including hiring, discipline, and development.
• Oversee material and inventory processes and KPI adoption.
• Negotiate vendor pricing and ensure competitive material costs.
• Ensure material coverage and on-time loading, unloading, and delivery.
• Lead data reporting and analytics for materials and equipment.
• Uphold safety culture and program compliance.
