Job summary

Lexington Manufacturing, LLC is seeking a reliable Material Handler II to support material flow, transport lumber and materials, and perform ERP inventory tasks on-site. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

You will operate forklifts and a transfer truck, coordinate with production and shipping, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Starting pay is $22 per hour, with progression based on experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prefer manufacturing experience and ERP familiarity.
• Capable of operating forklifts and transfer trucks on company property.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts to transport, stage, load and unload materials.
• Operate a transfer truck with a flatbed trailer between locations on site.
• Deliver materials to support production and maintain workflow.
• Perform ERP transactions and inventory updates accurately.
• Conduct cycle counts and material verification.
• Follow safety procedures and work instructions.
• Collaborate with teams to meet goals and customers' commitments.
• Contribute to safety, quality and productivity improvements.
