Job summary

Athena Manufacturing, LP. is seeking a Material Coordinator Trainee to support the manufacturing floor by ensuring kits and assemblies are stocked and accessible. You will learn inventory procedures, deliver work kits to workstations, and help keep materials flowing with supervision.

Responsibilities include pulling and stocking materials, updating the M2M ERP, and maintaining accurate inventory records while adhering to safety standards and continuous improvement practices.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to perform physical requirements and learn quickly.
• Willingness to grow within a hands-on warehouse role.

Responsibilities

• Pull and kit materials per work order requirements for production.
• Stock inventory and maintain accurate records in the system.
• Move materials between buildings using a forklift and organize storage.
• Enter product transfers and maintain inventory counts in the M2M database.
• Support safety, cleanliness, and continuous improvement on the floor.
