Job summary

Brown & Root Industrial Services is seeking a warehouse/logistics associate familiar with tools and consumables. You will hand out and receive tools and welding wire, repair tools, and maintain a log of distribution.

You will stock shelves, load/unload materials, and assist crane/hoist operations while following all safety rules. The role requires reading production and shipping orders, maintaining inventory, and ensuring accurate counts and labeling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; related experience preferred.
• Follows safety rules and PPE requirements.
• Under direct supervision; responsibilities defined by supervisor.
• Reads production/shipping orders and handles materials accordingly.

Responsibilities

• Store, load, and unload materials from storage, pallets, and vehicles.
• Open containers with hand tools.
• Operate manual or mechanical devices and stock shelves.
• Assist in lifting, moving, and distributing loads with cranes/hoists.
• Read schedules and orders to determine items to move or distribute.
• Counts, weighs, and records materials moved daily.
• Tag and label materials; prepare for delivery.
• Maintain inventory records and housekeeping in work area.
