Nortek Data Center Cooling seeks an experienced Material Handling Lead to supervise daily warehouse operations at the Dyersburg facility. You will coordinate material flow, support receiving and inventory, and guide the team to on-time delivery to production.

We are seeking an experienced and hands‑on Material Handling Lead to support daily warehouse and material handling operations within our Dyersburg facility. This role is responsible for coordinating material flow, supporting receiving and inventory activities, ensuring materials are delivered to production on time, and serving as a technical resource for the material handling team. The Material Handling Lead is a working leader who provides daily direction, training, and support to material handlers while actively participating in warehouse operations. This position partners closely with Production, Supply Chain, Planning, Shipping, Receiving, Inventory Control, and Quality teams to ensure safe, accurate, and efficient movement of materials throughout the facility.
The Material Handling Lead plays a critical role in maintaining the flow of materials throughout the manufacturing process. By coordinating daily warehouse activities, supporting inventory accuracy, and helping ensure materials are available when needed, this role directly contributes to safety, production efficiency, customer satisfaction, and operational success. The successful candidate will help build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement while supporting Nortek Data Center Cooling's continued growth.
