Job summary

Job description

About The Role

You are a self‑starter who can work independently and with cross‑functional teams, troubleshooting equipment problems and performing immediate repairs and preventive maintenance on equipment. You help ensure the safety of our people and workplace, keeping equipment uptime per the System Level Equipment (SLE) standards.

What You Get To Do Everyday
  • Use a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS), Microsoft Suite, and Google Suite.
  • Identify and troubleshoot material handling equipment that impacts facility product flow.
  • Develop positive cross‑functional internal and external relationships to deliver targeted results that improve occupancy experience, operating efficiency, and site reliability.
  • Conduct routine repairs and tasks with tools and equipment.
  • Perform associated tasks on three‑phase electrical systems under 600 volts, critical preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, drive unit and component rebuilds.
  • PLC/controls work is a plus.
What You Bring To The Role
Minimum Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge of material handling equipment and automation in a distribution environment.
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and work independently and in a cross‑functional team.
  • Strong verbal, written, analytical, and persuasive skills with good judgment.
  • Capacity for multitasking, high organization, and excellent time management.
  • Learn and apply working knowledge of related processes and procedures.
  • Availability to work weekends.
