Job summary

100Hires, Inc. seeks a Material Handling Controls Commissioning Technician to install and validate complex conveyor systems across North America. You will load emulated PLC programs, run I/O checks, and validate operation per drawings and Description of Operation.

Travel is 100% for extended periods; you must read electrical schematics, troubleshoot PLCs and field devices, and hand off validated subsystems to the Controls Engineering team with complete checklists.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in conveyor installation and maintenance required.

• Strong reading of prints and operation descriptions required.

Material Handling Controls Commissioning TechnicianLocation: 100% travelPay: $22.00 - $31.50 plus weekly Per DiemBring your 2+ years of conveyor installation and maintenance experience to the field and help launch high‑performing material handling systems across North America.A Day in the RoleMorning finds you on a new mezzanine, laptop connected, loading an emulated PLC program. By midday, you’re walking the line, methodically running I/O and device checks against the Description of Operation and drawings.
