This role plays an important part in maintaining an efficient and safe work environment by ensuring materials are handled accurately and responsibly.The Material Handler works as part of a team, follows safety practices, and helps keep operations running smoothly through attention to detail and teamwork. This role values reliability, accountability, and a willingness to learn.If you enjoy hands on work, being an essential part of the operation, and contributing to a team focused on safety and quality, we would love to have you join our team.## Qualifications**Qualifications** • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required with a minimum of six months manufacturing experience. • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. • Maintain a valid state auto driver’s license with some locations requiring a CDL. • Forklift experience preferred with the ability to achieve a forklift certification. • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds 1/3 of the day & 75 pounds less than 1/3 of the day. • Using hands and reaching with hands/arms for over 2/3 of the workday. • Standing, walking, climbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling for over 2/3 of the workday. • Distance vision (clear vision at 20 feet or more), peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to differentiate colors. • Ability to work in a production environment that is not temperature controlled and occasionally in varying outdoor weather conditions. • Ability to work in a loud noise environment.**Universal Expectations** • Demonstrate commitment to high personal & professional ethical standards. • Live out Prinsco values through hard work, relationships, humble confidence, and integrity. • Be consistent with our mission: To care.
