ProLogistix by Employbridge in Richardson, TX is seeking experienced Material Handler Picker Packers. Shifts include Day, Evening and Weekend with starting pay of $20.00 per hour. Enjoy weekly pay, comprehensive benefits, and free skills training.

Role involves moving materials for PCB manufacturing, operating pallet jacks, stocking materials, and maintaining inventory in a safety-focused environment. Training and development are provided.

Qualifications

• Read and follow pick tickets and order documents.
• Operate a torque drill safely and correctly.
• Understand warehouse and inventory practices incl. FIFO and stock level management.
• Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records.
• Operate warehouse equipment incl. reel counters and pallet jacks.
• Read, write and communicate in English.
• Work in a manufacturing/shipping environment with industrial conditions.
• Use focused attention with small parts, equipment, and computer systems.
• Perform standing, walking, climbing and lifting tasks.

Responsibilities

• Handle and move materials to support PCB manufacturing and finished goods shipping.
• Operate pallet jacks to transport products and load/unload trailers safely.
• Receive, count, and stock raw materials.
• Inspect and process returned materials, including warranty verification.
• Record inventory transactions and track material movement in company systems.
• Deliver materials and finished products to production and shipping areas following procedures.
• Follow safety rules and pallet jack/dock safety requirements.

Starting Hourly Pay Rate is $20.00

Available Shifts

• Day Shift 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday
• Evening Shift 4:00 PM to 3:30 AM, Monday to Friday
• Weekend Day Shift 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Friday, Saturday and Sunday
• Weekend Night Shift 4:00 PM to 3:30 AM, Friday, Saturday and Sunday

Material Handler Picker Packers daily duties include:

• Handle and move materials to support printed circuit board manufacturing and finished goods shipping.
• Operate manual or electric pallet jacks to transport products and load/unload trailers safely.
• Receive, count, and stock raw materials.
• Inspect and process returned materials, including warranty verification.
• Record inventory transactions and track material movement in company systems.
• Deliver materials and finished products to production and shipping areas following standard procedures.
• Follow all safety rules and procedures, including pallet jack operation and dock safety requirements.

• Operate a torque drill safely and correctly.
• Understand warehouse and inventory practices, including loading/unloading, cycle counting, FIFO, labeling, inventory accuracy, shelf-life tracking, and stock level management.
• Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including reel counters and manual/electric pallet jacks.
• Read, write, and communicate in English.
• Work in a manufacturing and shipping environment with exposure to noise, dust, chemicals, machinery, outdoor temperatures, and other industrial conditions.
• Use focused attention when working with small parts, equipment, and computer systems.
• Perform regular physical activities such as standing, walking, climbing, operating equipment, and handling materials.
• Frequently push, pull, and move heavy product racks and lift items over 20 pounds safely
