Job summary

Taylor Corporation is seeking a Material Handler to support warehouse operations. You will unload and stage shipments, prepare inbound materials for validation, and put away products using MHE. You’ll pull orders, operate forklifts, and keep the facility clean and safe.

This role requires the ability to follow instructions, work well in teams or independently, and adapt to various tasks. Prior warehouse experience is preferred and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to safely operate a forklift and use a computer to track inventory.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team or independently.
• Flexibility to perform a variety of warehouse tasks.
• Familiarity with basic computer operations.
• Math skills including addition, subtraction, fractions and decimals.

Responsibilities

• Unload/Stage incoming shipments with various MHE equipment.
• Prepare and breakdown inbound shipments for accuracy validation.
• Put away products into correct locations using MHE equipment.
• Pull orders accurately via paper or electronic orders using MHE equipment.
• Operate forklift and related material moving equipment to designated areas.
• Perform general warehouse housekeeping including sweeping, mopping and trash disposal.
• Follow all safety procedures in operating equipment and performing duties.
