Job summary

Taylor Corporation is seeking a Material Handler to join our warehouse operations. The role involves unloading, staging, and putting away items with MHE equipment, as well as pulling orders accurately and maintaining inventory records via computer systems. The shift runs 6:00am–2:30pm, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities include operating a forklift, following safety procedures, and performing general housekeeping. Prior warehouse experience is preferred to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Must be able to safely operate a forklift and use a computer to track inventory.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Able to work well in a team and also independently.
• Flexible to perform a variety of assignments.
• Familiar with basic computer operations.
• Math skills including addition, subtraction, fractions and decimals.
• Willingness to perform repetitive tasks and follow safety procedures.
• Prior warehouse/receiving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Unload/Stage incoming shipments with MHE equipment.
• Prepare/breakdown inbound shipments for accuracy validation.
• Put away products into correct locations using MHE equipment.
• Pull orders accurately using paper/electronic orders and MHE equipment.
• Operate forklift and related material moving equipment to designated areas.
• Perform general warehouse housekeeping (sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Adhere to all safety procedures in operation of equipment and duties.
