Pro Resources Inc. is seeking a Material Handler/Water Spider Associate for the 1st shift in Columbia City, Indiana. Hours are 7:30am-4:00pm, Monday to Friday; compensation is $18.00 per hour.

This hybrid role supports production and packaging, stocking lineside materials, and routing finished goods back to the warehouse for processing. Responsibilities include ensuring operators have necessary parts, maintaining an orderly work area, and following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production setting.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Attention to detail and quality focus.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Pick the necessary parts for work orders.
• Ensure operators have everything at their machine to prevent interruptions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Report any issues or malfunctions to the supervisor immediately.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies.
