Job summary

MOLIN SIOUX FALLS is seeking a Material Handler / Water Spider to move, deliver, and stage materials to support continuous production. You will ensure workstations stay stocked and production flows smoothly from receiving to final use.

Responsibilities include delivering materials to lines, monitoring inventory, loading/unloading with forklifts, assisting with receiving and cycle counts, maintaining 5S, and coordinating with production and warehouse teams to prioritize work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain.
• Familiarity with inventory systems.
• Lean manufacturing concepts preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver materials, parts, and supplies to production lines or workstations based on demand.
• Proactively monitor inventory levels at stations and replenish before shortages occur.
• Transport raw materials, components, and finished goods throughout the facility.
• Load, unload, and move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, carts, or other equipment.
• Remove scrap and empty containers from production areas.
• Stage materials for upcoming production runs.
• Assist with receiving, inspecting, and putting away incoming shipments.
• Perform cycle counts and report inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas following 5S and safety standards.
• Support line setups, changeovers, and overall production efficiency.
• Communicate with production, warehouse, and supervisors to prioritize workflow.
• Follow all safety policies and proper material handling procedures.
