Job summary

Molin Sioux Falls is seeking a Material Handler / Water Spider to support continuous production by moving, stocking, and staging materials. You will ensure workstations remain stocked, deliveries are timely, and inventory is accurately managed throughout receiving to final use.

The role emphasizes safe material handling, 5S practices, and collaboration with production teams to minimize downtime and maintain smooth operations. Prior experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting is preferred.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or material support roles preferred.
  • Forklift certification or ability to obtain.
  • Familiarity with inventory systems.
  • Understanding of lean manufacturing concepts preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver materials, parts, and supplies to production lines based on demand.
  • Proactively monitor inventory levels at stations and replenish before shortages.
  • Transport raw materials, components, and finished goods throughout the facility.
  • Load, unload, and move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, carts, or other equipment.
  • Stage materials for upcoming production runs.
  • Assist with receiving, inspecting, and putting away incoming shipments.
  • Perform cycle counts and report inventory discrepancies.
  • Maintain clean, organized work areas following 5S and safety standards.
  • Communicate with production, warehouse, and supervisors to prioritize workflow.

Job SummaryThe Material Handler / Water Spider is responsible for the movement, delivery, and staging of materials to support continuous production and operational flow.
