Job summary

Innio is seeking a warehouse associate in New Jersey to handle receipt, put-away, picking, and shipping tasks. You will document transactions in the Warehouse Management System and maintain inventory accuracy through counts and cycle counts.

You will operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and reach trucks safely while ensuring timely fulfillment for production and customers. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, prior warehouse experience, and the ability to lift 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior warehouse or order fulfillment experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience operating pallet jacks, forklift and reach trucks, or similar; forklift certification preferred.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft tools (Outlook, Teams, Excel, etc.); ERP experience preferred.
• Basic math and reading/comprehension skills.
• Willingness and ability to work flexible hours/shifts.
• Ability to lift a minimum weight of 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform material receipt, put away, pick, delivery, sort, and counting transactions.
• Ensure materials are counted and sorted for production and customer fulfillment, and documented through the Warehouse Management System.
• Maintain records of all products shipped and received with accurate documentation.
• Prepare material for shipping, including packaging items and loading/unloading trucks.
• Verify incoming shipments by reviewing and matching shipping documents against purchase orders in the Warehouse Management System.
• Keep inventory records through cycle counts and other inventory processes.
• Operate equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and reach trucks safely and efficiently.
