Job summary

Suddath Company is seeking a warehouse associate to support receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping operations at the Johnson & Johnson facility in Jacksonville. This on-site role offers a stable schedule with a 10:00am-6:30pm shift and opportunities for growth within a large global logistics organization.

You will work in a climate-controlled environment, use material handling equipment, and contribute to maintaining safety, sanitation, and productivity standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including repetitive lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and packing.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders and light assembly.
• Repair and recoup damaged goods as required.
• Count product, verify against manifest, and check for damage.
• Report shortages and mis-shipment events.
• Unload/load shipments and relay orders to shipping locations.
