Job summary

HCA Healthcare is seeking a Material Handler in Lakeland, FL. You will be responsible for warehouse tasks including storing and distributing products, supplies, and equipment to points of care within the network.

You will ensure clinicians have the supplies they need to provide high quality patient care, follow defined instructions, and manage receiving against purchase orders with accuracy. This role supports HealthTrust Supply Chain operations within the organization.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Forklift Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• You will ensure clinicians have the supplies they need to provide high quality patient care.
• You will read, follow, and execute tasks per sequence defined by instructions and workflow.
• You will process receiving of products against purchase orders ensuring proper quantity and quality.
• You will physically put away products into locations.
• You will maintain accuracy of material inventory and locations performing cycle counts as needed.
• You will pick and pack material in an organized and logical manner in preparation for staging.
