AptarGroup, Inc. is seeking a Materials Handler in Mukwonago, WI for an on-site role. You will move raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished goods, load/unload trucks, check in drivers, and manage safe fill levels for silos. The role emphasizes accuracy, forklift operations, and teamwork.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, basic math, and physical ability to lift/move materials. Forklift experience and warehouse work are preferred, with overtime as needed.

Schedule: (Rotating 2-2-3)/ Day Shift

Hours: 5:55am - 6:00pm

The 2-2-3 Schedule lets you work approximately half the year while being full-time with benefits!

Aptar is seeking a Material Handler based in Mukwonago, WI. This is a fully on-site position. You will execute the movement of all raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished goods. You will be responsible for loading/unloading all incoming and outgoing trucks, checking in drivers, and determining safe fill levels for our siloed material.

• Responsible for supplying the production areas with raw materials and semi-finished goods

• Responsible for returning raw materials and semi-finished goods to the correct storage locations

• Operating of barcode equipment / computer skills

• Unload and receive inbound shipments /prep shipments / preparefor outbound shipment

• Handling of finished goods and placement on shuttle trailers to the DC

• Maintain daily housekeeping / recycling program

• Maintain inventory accuracy on all inventoried items, including Crib, Raw Materials, WIP, and Finished Goods.

• Communicate all aspects of job activity to the next shift

• All other job duties as assigned.
