Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. in Shakopee, Minnesota is hiring a Temporary to Permanent Warehouse Associate. The role offers weekly pay and a clear path to permanent employment, with a first shift from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday, and potential overtime including Saturdays.

As a Ryder Warehouse Associate you will work in clean, organized facilities to maintain a safe, efficient supply chain. Equipment used includes RF Scanners, Mobile Printers and Laptops; on-the-job training and safety gear

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year of warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work in a diverse, team-based environment.
• Punctual with good attendance.
• Able to lift and push/pull up to 35 lbs.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Warehouse Positions Pay Weekly

• Hourly Pay: $19.00 per hour
• Overtime Pay: $28.50 hourly when working overtime
• Schedule: First Shift Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:30 pm / Overtime may be mandatory and may be on Saturdays
