Job summary

Pharmatech is hiring for a warehouse associate to perform manual and clerical duties related to shipping, receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing and delivering materials and supplies. Schedule: M-Th, 6am-4:30pm, some Fridays. Pay Rate: $18-$20 per hour, DOE.

Responsibilities include staging goods, using forklifts, recording inventory, and ensuring accurate stock levels while maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift certification with minimum 3 years of experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more and work on your feet for full shifts.

• Pull Work Order picking lists to stage, load or unload goods.
• Record, deliver, and replenish related supplies in various areas.
• Help resolve problems using knowledge of stock operations.
• Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks).
• Participate in routing, counting and inspecting items while loading/unloading trucks.

JOB SUMMARY

Performs manual and clerical duties related to shipping, receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing and delivering a variety of materials, equipment and supplies.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Pull Work Order picking lists to stage, load or unload goods from inbound or outbound Manufacturing areas.
• Record, deliver, and replenished related supplies in a variety of consumer areas.
• Helps to resolve problems utilizing knowledge of stock operations.
• Operates material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks or dollies to move stock or reorganize storage.
• Participates in routing, counting and inspecting items while loading and unloading trucks; delivers and returns items.
• Utilizes computerized or automated systems to accomplish tasks.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Worked in a warehouse environment
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• Forklift certified with minimum of 3 years of experience

SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Knowledge of automated or computerized system operation.
• Knowledge of record keeping practices.
• Knowledge of safety practices.
• Skill in lifting heavy packages and objects.
• Skill in operating forklift or other materials handling equipment.
• Skill in both verbal and written communication in English.
• Energetic and motivated hard worker.
