Job Duties And Responsibilities

• This position is responsible for all material moves and transactions, including shipping, receiving and production support
• Follows all applicable policies and procedures including safety and health
• Performs duties in accordance with standard work
• Completes required documentation and system transactions needed for material moves and inventory audits
• Physically handles material movement and preparation
• Support production through material conveyance
• You will be empowered to ensure we are producing high quality products that meet the standards of our customers
• Must have the ability to flex to various areas of the warehouse operation to ensure we have adequate coverage at all times.
• Process, package and ship orders accurately
• Organize stocks and maintain inventory
• Inspect products for defects and damages
• Examine ingoing and outgoing shipments
• Receive, unload and place incoming inventory items appropriately
• Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures
  
  

Experience And Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D
• Understanding of duties and responsibilities in both Shipping/Receiving and Production Support areas
• Basic understanding of safety requirements in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to read and communicate effectively both oral and written
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and their proper application
• Basic knowledge of measuring devices
• Basic math functions - add, subtract, multiply, and divide
• Warehouse Knowledge
• Circular Blade Cutting Experience
• CNC machine skills and table saw
• Required to work overtime schedule as requested to meet production needs based on overtime procedures
• Must be responsible, reliable, and self-motivated
• Must be able to work in a team or individually
• Stand, sit or walk for prolonged periods of time
• Must achieve and maintain quality and production standards
• Must actively participate and support any improvement activities
• Environment: Work outside and inside, on slippery or uneven walking surfaces; frequent exposure to extreme hot and cold temperatures.
• Ability to lift, push or pull equipment/merchandise weighing up to 100 pounds
