Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro seeks a warehouse associate to safely operate equipment for moving packages, assist with pallet assembly/disassembly of heavyweight freight, and coordinate with ULD repair vendors. The role may involve outdoor work, enclosed spaces, and working in all weather conditions.

Requirements include the ability to lift 50 lbs, mobility to climb stairs, and a valid driver’s license. Training is provided, and safety protocols must be followed at all times.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and maneuver packages with equipment or assistance.
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, squat, climb stairs and ladders, and work in all weather conditions.
• Effective communication skills in a noisy environment.
• Completion of basic and recurrence training.
• Valid driver's license required for operating motorized conveyances.

Role Overview:

Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of equipment used to move packages, documents, heavyweight freight, and dangerous goods. Assists with pallet buildup and breakdown, and acts as a liaison with ULD repair vendors when needed. Performs various duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

• No formal education or experience required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. from ground to chest level and maneuver packages of any weight with appropriate equipment or assistance
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, squat, climb stairs and ladders, and work in all weather conditions
• Effective communication skills in a noisy environment
• Completion of basic and re-currency training
• Valid driver's license required for operating motorized conveyances
