Responsibilities

• Unpacks material from pallets and places in smaller flow racks, ensuring FIFO.
• Decant and/or prepare material for production lines.
• Stocks production lines using tugger or walk-behind equipment, delivering exact parts to lines on time.
• Removes trash from materials area and production lines; loads cardboard/plastic into compactors.
• Assists with inventory control functions and cycle counts/physical inventories.
• Maintains lot traceability as required.
• Supports training as required.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Job Description

• Comply with all company, departmental, and safety policies and procedures.
• Unpacks material from pallets and places in smaller flow racks, ensuring FIFO process is followed.
• Decant and / or prepare material as required for each production line.
• Stocks the production lines using the proper equipment such as a tugger or walk behind. Must deliver the right number of parts to the line at the right time.
• Removes trash from the materials area and production lines. Loads cardboard and plastic into the compactors.
• Assists with inventory control functions of the on-site and off-site warehouses, including cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Maintains lot traceability as required.
• Supports training as required.
• Any other tasks and duties as assigned.

Essential

• High School Diploma required
• Must be able to lift 35 lbs.
