Job description

Accountable for leading and/or training a team, ensuring the achievement of SLA|KPI expectations at various domestic and international sites. Responsible for the effective execution of picking, receiving, inventory cycle counting, and returns.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

1. Shipping – Physically pick, package, label orders of fragile electronics materials as per customer requests. Deliver picked materials to designated drop points within the facility.
2. Receiving – Receive, perform quality audits, and store materials within SLA expectations.
3. Returns – Process RMAs for re-inventory, scrap, and re-shipment.
4. Inventory – Maintain inventory by labeling, locating, and recording materials and supplies. Research historical transactions for inventory movement.
5. Material Handling – Locate and verify materials for production orders. Manage in-process inventory by delivering and opening supplies. Document material disposition and prepare finished stock for shipment.
6. Equipment & Safety – Maintain material-handling equipment through inspections and repairs. Uphold 5S standards, lead safety initiatives, and serve as SME in account management.
7. Leadership & Training – Conduct startup meetings, guide direct reports in MHE, IB/OB/IC processes, and 5S. Lead continuous improvement projects. Travel as needed for site leadership and training roles.

Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent required. Must be forklift certified with 3-5 years of warehouse experience. Demonstrated leadership ability, strong communication skills, proficiency in email, Excel, SAP, WMS systems. Ability to travel domestically and internationally with an active passport and 48-hour notice.
