Associated Staffing Inc. in Kearney, NE is hiring a Material Handler for the 1st and 2nd shifts on a temp-to-hire basis. Pay ranges from $21.45 to $22.45 per hour with regular increases after hire and comprehensive benefits.

Shifts can be 8 or 10 hours, and flexibility for training on different shifts is required. You will move materials, operate forklifts, perform counts, and manage inventory using RF devices and terminals while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts.
• Able to work 8- or 10-hour shifts.
• Willingness to train on a different shift.
• Pay increases after hire and quarterly increases during the first year.

Responsibilities

• Move and organize materials, parts and products throughout facilities.
• Operate both sit-down and stand-up forklifts in a fast-paced environment.
• Select correct products and part numbers for accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• Complete material transfers, receiving, scrap reports and forklift inspections.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety, quality policies.
