Job summary

Trane Italia is seeking a Material Handler to join our on-site team in Minnesota. You will move parts and finished goods, operate pallet jacks, and scan items while maintaining accurate records and safe work practices.

You will support shipping, receiving, kitting and related duties ensuring quality and timely delivery. We offer strong benefits, growth opportunities, and a focus on wellbeing and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Previous Material Handling experience preferred.
Excellent planning and organizational skills.
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office).
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

Move parts or finished product and deliver mail/packages to various department locations and/or warehouse locations.
Operate pallet jacks and rolling carts.
Scan parts in and out of systems.
Maintain paperwork and documentation of all parts and materials moved.
Ensure work areas are safe and neat.
Support the QMS by delivering quality products and services.
Meet and exceed customer requirements.
Continuously strive for operational excellence and improvement.
Perform other duties as requested or assigned.
Provide guidance to ensure a safe and productive environment.
Stock and arrange products to optimize warehouse turns.
