We are seeking experienced Material Handlers / Stand-Up Reach Operators for a company located in Romeoville, IL. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for reliable, safety-conscious candidates with experience operating a Stand-Up Reach forklift. Top performers may have the opportunity to transition to a permanent position.

Shift: 3rd Shift – 10:00 PM–6:00 AM, Monday–Friday Weekend Rotation: Saturday or Sunday, 10:00 PM–6:00 AM

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate a Stand-Up Reach, sit-down, or clamp forklift safely and efficiently.
• Pick and put away products and materials.
• Load and unload pallets.
• Prepare pallets for shipment.
• Operate machines used to strap and wrap pallets.
• Follow work instructions, SOPs, and safety procedures.
• Safely and carefully handle products and materials.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform general housekeeping and stow maintenance using the "clean as you go" approach.
• Follow all company safety rules and procedures.
• Perform other warehouse and material-handling duties as assigned.
