Job summary

Redwood Logistics, LLC is looking for a 3rd Shift Production Material Handler in Romeoville, Illinois. The successful candidate will operate a reach truck to pick, replenish, and stage materials for production, ensuring inventory accuracy and timely delivery of materials.

This full-time position will require working Sunday through Thursday from 10:00 pm to 6:30 am. A competitive hourly wage ranging from $22 to $26 is offered, along with annual performance-based incentives.

Qualifications

• 5 years of warehouse, material handling, or manufacturing support experience.
• Experience operating powered industrial truck (PIT).
• Ability to read and interpret shipping documents.
• Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate a reach truck to pick, replenish, and stage materials for production cells.
• Maintain inventory accuracy during picking and replenishment.
• Deliver materials accurately and on time to support manufacturing flow.
• Contribute team effort by training others as needed.
