Precision Tube Company, LLC. is seeking a reliable Material Handler to support production operations by moving, staging, tracking, and handling materials throughout the manufacturing process. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and timely material flow to production areas.

The ideal candidate will stand, lift up to 60 lbs, operate forklifts and cranes safely, and maintain clean, organized work areas while following established procedures and documentation requirements.

Qualifications

• Read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Stand, bend, pull, push, and reach throughout the workday.
• Lift up to 60 pounds.
• Write routine reports and maintain accurate records.
• Read digital scales accurately.
• Perform basic math tasks.
• Complete required classroom training.
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and cranes to transport materials and support production operations.
• Provide lifting and transportation services to production machines.
• Understand product numbers and alloys used in production.
• Read router line-ups and production docs to plan material movement.
• Follow procedures for racking and staging materials during all production stages.
• Support interdepartmental material flow and maintain records of material movements.
• Assist with inventory activities including weighing, ticketing, and tracking materials.
• Assist with unloading incoming shipments and materials.
