A manufacturing company in Fayetteville, Arkansas seeks individuals to support the Spinning Department. Responsibilities include supplying material to enhance production efficiencies and maintaining a safe work environment. Candidates should be able to lift up to 25 pounds and perform various tasks essential to fiberglass product manufacturing. The role operates on a 12-hour rotating shift basis, 7 days a week. Qualifications

• Ability to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 25 pounds occasionally.

• Regularly required to talk or hear and occasionally use hands for various tasks.

Responsabilités

• Supply material to the Spinning Department to increase production efficiencies.
• Promote a safe and healthy work environment.
• Monitor and maintain equipment to manufacture fiberglass products.
• Train on furnace application and perform assigned duties.
• Move and position glass hoppers as needed for furnace operations.
• Move finished product to designated location in the warehouse.
• Assist line in preparation of product change overs.
• Wash and sweep floors, walls, rails and ceiling.

Responsibilities

• Supply material and assistance to the Spinning Department in a timely manner to increase production efficiencies and overall productivity.
• To work in and promote a safe and healthy work environment.
• Monitors and maintains equipment and materials to manufacture a good fiberglass product.
• Provide the Spinning Department with supplies needed to run production.
• Train to obtain a clear understanding of the furnace application.
• Must be able to perform their assigned duties and follow policies and procedures.
• Complete training on manufacturing Instructions, LOTO and JSA's.
• Work is performed on 12 hour rotating shifts. Operation is 7 days a week.
• Move and position glass hoppers as needed for furnace operations.
• Loading materials into glass elevator.
• Move finished product to designated location in warehouse.
• Assist line in preparation of product change over's.
• Wash and sweep floors, walls, rails and ceiling to include other duties as assigned.
