Job summary

A manufacturing company in Fayetteville is seeking individuals to supply materials and assist in the Spinning Department to enhance production efficiency. Candidates must maintain a safe working environment, lift moderate weights, and complete essential training. The role involves working 12-hour rotating shifts in a dynamic manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Good visual abilities including distance and depth perception.

Responsibilities

• Supply material and assistance to the Spinning Department.
• Monitors and maintains equipment and materials.
• Complete training on manufacturing Instructions, LOTO and JSA’s.
• Move finished product to designated warehouse locations and assist with product changeovers.
• Perform duties in a safe, healthy work environment and complete relevant training (LOTO, JSA, manufacturing instructions).
• Wash and sweep floors, walls, rails, and ceilings; participate in other duties as assigned.

Description

Supply material and assistance to the Spinning Department in a timely manner to increase production efficiencies and overall productivity.

To work in and promote a safe and healthy work environment.

Monitors and maintains equipment and materials to manufacture a good fiberglass product.

Provide the Spinning Department with supplies needed to run production.

Train to obtain a clear understanding of the furnace application.

Must be able to perform their assigned duties and follow policies and procedures.

Complete training on manufacturing Instructions, LOTO and JSA’s.

Work is performed on 12 hour rotating shifts. Operation is 7 days a week.

Move and position glass hoppers as needed for furnace operations.

Loading materials into glass elevator.

Move finished product to designated location in warehouse.

Assist line in preparation of product change over’s.

Wash and sweep floors, walls, rails and ceiling to include other duties as assigned.
