Hourly Pay Rate: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Department: Small Pack

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm

Overtime: Some overtime may be required to fulfill job duties.

Principal Accountabilities

In addition to Epson's policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include but are not limited to:

Distribution Center & Manufacturing Operations

• Utilize RF scan gun to accurately complete warehouse functions
• Load and unload trailers/containers, perform visual count inspections, and verify products
• Use EWMS/SAP to process shipments and other warehouse tasks
• Ensure compliance with all issues and special instructions
• Follow written customer specifications
• Perform multiple functions including routine/repetitive testing of equipment
• Create and print labels using software

Safety / Housekeeping

• Operate equipment in accordance with safety procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of warehouse areas and proper inventory placement
• Participate in housekeeping to keep the facility tour-ready at all times

Quality and Environmental Management Systems

• Participate actively in ISO 9001-2000 Quality Management Systems and ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems
• Engage in the 5S program (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain)

Relationship Management

Build strong relationships with peers, other departments, and managers to meet company goals and objectives.

Position Purpose

Under supervision, responsible for shipping and receiving, inventory management, and maintaining a neat and orderly facility. Collaborates with key customers including Branded, SD, Robotics Operations, and Marketing.

Physical Requirements

Minimum weight handling of 20 lbs.

Compensation

The starting annual base pay is between USD $20.00 and $22.00 per hour, depending on factors such as training, skills, experience, and market demand. The actual salary may vary and is subject to change.
