Pacific Supply in Salt Lake City, UT is seeking Material Handlers to support yard operations, loading/unloading, and timely deliveries to jobsites and customers. Candidates will work hands-on in a fast-paced environment and have opportunities to advance toward CDL driving through company-sponsored training.

Qualifications

• Willing to participate in company-sponsored CDL training.

Responsibilities

• Assists yard personnel in pulling and staging of inter-company orders, loading of trucks, and the receiving of materials.
• Operates yard equipment, including forklifts, safely and efficiently.
• Expedites the loading and unloading of customer and company vehicles.
• Receives and carries out customer order instructions, including maps and materials, according to the delivery sequence.
• Ensures timely and efficient delivery to customers and jobsites.
• Completes pre-jobsite assessment prior to unloading company truck at jobsites.
• Delivers material to jobsites and customers in a safe and efficient manner according to safety guidelines established.

Job Requirements

• Must have valid CDL driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Valid CDL permit with a clean driving record and interested in company sponsored training.
• Career goals of becoming a CDL driver, valid driver’s license and ability to complete company sponsored training program while working as a material handler.
