Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in material handling or warehouse operations, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with NetSuite is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receipt, inspection, and verification of incoming shipments against packing lists and purchase orders.
• Manage preparation and execution of outgoing shipments, including picking, packing, labeling, and documentation.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment to move goods efficiently.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and track material movement using warehouse management systems.
• Ensure compliance with shipping regulations, company policies, and safety procedures.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy.
• Coordinate with carriers and logistics partners to optimize shipping schedules and deliveries.
• Maintain a clean, organized shipping and receiving area.
• Assist in warehouse organization, material staging, and overall logistics coordination.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support the Performance & Accessories division.
