Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 2+ years manufacturing experience, including PIT experience.
• Licensed for Powered Industrial Truck usage under IPG protocols.
• Ability to meet objectives with minimal supervision.
• Basic computer, math, and English written communication skills.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand and walk up to 12 hours; lift up to 50 lbs; full arm motion.

Responsibilities

• Moves raw materials to production lines using powered industrial trucks and stages finished product per supervisor.
• Tracks and sorts inventory; loads trailers for outbound shipment; ensures material accuracy.
• Completes required paperwork.
• Relieves in production as assigned and trained.
• Performs all work with safety and lean manufacturing principles.
