Material Handler - Saxonburg, PA M3

Material Handler – Saxonburg - Night Shift 6:00pm – 6:00am - M3

We are currently seeking motivated colleagues to contribute to meaningful work in our local manufacturing plants. Our positions perform meaningful work and includes exposure to advancing technologies, having a voice to challenge our status quo, and training for career advancement.

Our Saxonburg, PA location operates on a Rotating Shift schedule, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off then 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on rotating. 36 hours 1 week, 48 hours the other. so that means that there are 8 hours of OT every other week.

We also offer a breadth of benefits, included (but not limited to) 120 hours of vacation, 128 hours of holiday time, 40 hours sick time, full medical/dental/vision, educational assistance, annual bonus and MORE!

Pay is $17.50 per hour. This position also has up to a 5% yearly bonus.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The primary responsibilities of this role, Material Handler, are to:

1. Follow all documented processes and procedures;
2. Maintain physical transport of materials and complete all required Statistical Analysis Plan (SAP) transactions using appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and material handling equipment;
3. Finish product packaging using visual work instructions according to all regulatory requirements;
4. Complete all required transactional steps to receive and ship material.

Required Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED);
2. Demonstrate working knowledge of MicroSoft (MS) Office applications;
3. Able to operate independently;
4. Demonstrate problem solving abilities;
5. Support strong attention to detail;
6. Able to work in team environment;
7. Able to quickly learn new Information Technology (IT) systems and tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. One year of work experience;
2. The ability to learn to Operate a powered industrial truck (fork truck), as needed.
