Qualifications

• Weeks of warehouse or material-handling experience: 2+ years.
• Experience in warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, logistics, or similar environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and inventory tasks.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily warehouse and material-handling activities, including receiving, staging and moving materials.
• Enter, update and maintain inventory records using ERP/WMS systems.
• Support inventory control activities including tracking, verification and cycle counting.
• Assist with shipping and receiving and coordinate material movement.
• Stage pallets and materials to support efficient operations.
• Pick, pack, label and prepare materials or orders as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and meet material requirements.
• Communicate inventory and shipment status to internal teams and use Excel/Outlook for reporting.
