Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a reliable Material Handler to join our operations team. You will move, store, and distribute materials, supporting manufacturing and warehouse operations to keep production running smoothly.

Responsibilities include material movement, inventory tracking, receiving and stocking, and teamwork across departments. Strong safety focus and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are essential for a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Warehouse, distribution or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Forklift and pallet jack operation (certification a plus).
• Basic computer or scanner knowledge for inventory tracking.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods.
• Commitment to safety and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Transport materials to and from workstations using forklifts or pallet jacks.
• Track material movement with scanners; report discrepancies.
• Assist with receiving shipments and stocking materials.
• Prepare materials or kits for production based on work orders.
• Load and unload trucks and containers as needed.
• Follow safety policies and maintain a clean, hazard-free work area.
• Communicate with production, shipping, and warehouse teams to ensure material flow.
