Job summary

Bigelow Tea Co. is seeking a dependable Material Handler to support production and warehouse operations in Idaho.

You will move, store, and track materials and finished goods to keep production running smoothly and ensure high-quality standards are maintained. As a member of a family-owned company with a long-standing commitment to safety and teamwork, you will help receive and document materials, operate forklifts, and assist with inventory accuracy while following GMPs and food-safety

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One year of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or material handling.
• Forklift experience is a plus, with training provided for qualified candidates.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods throughout the facility.
• Stage materials to support production schedules and keep areas stocked.
• Receive, store, and accurately document incoming materials and inventory transactions.
• Pull, load, and ship customer orders and intercompany transfers.
• Operate forklifts, RF scanners, and computer-based inventory systems.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy.
• Complete required documentation, including receiving reports, forklift inspections, shipping logs, and inventory records.
• Return unused materials from production and ensure finished goods are accurately ticketed and entered into inventory.
• Build product displays and support warehouse and production operations as needed.
• Cross-train to support other warehouse and facility functions.
• Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Food Safety & Quality requirements, and company safety policies.
