Title: Forklift Operator/Material Handler

Shift: Rotating 3rd Shift (D); 5:00pm - 5:00am

Schedule:

1. Week 1: Mon, Tues, Fri & Sat
2. Week 2: Sun, Wed & Thurs
3. Rotation repeats!
4. Longer Shift = More Days Off!

Compensation: $22.00 - $25.30 per Hour (with shift premium)

Essential Accountabilities

The Forklift Material Handler is responsible for operating a forklift to load and unload trucks, haul finished goods and raw materials, and pull orders when necessary. This role works in a clean, consistent, and safety-conscious environment.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, reach, grab, and twist
• Accurately complete production documentation
• Perform basic troubleshooting

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Basic computer skills required
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Physical examination and pre-employment drug screening required upon conditional offer
• Experience with machines, automated environments, or general production encouraged

This position is product security sensitive and designated as safety-sensitive. It involves contact with outbound shipments and requires adherence to security standards to prevent the introduction of unmanifested cargo such as illegal drugs, explosives, weapons, or unauthorized personnel.
