Job description

Title: Forklift Operator/Material Handler

Shift: Rotating 1st Shift (A/B); 5:00am - 5:00pm

Schedule:

• Week 1: Mon, Tues, Fri & Sat
• Week 2: Sun, Wed & Thurs
• Rotation repeats!
• Longer Shift = More Days Off!

Compensation: $20.00 - $23.30 per Hour

• FLSA: Non-Exempt

Essential Accountabilities

The Forklift Material Handler is responsible for operating a forklift to load and unload trucks, haul finished goods and raw materials, and pull orders as needed. The environment is clean, consistent, and safety-conscious.

• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Stand for long periods, and perform bending, reaching, grabbing, and twisting
• Accurately complete production documentation
• Perform basic troubleshooting

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Basic computer skills required
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Physical examination and pre-employment drug screening required upon conditional offer
• Experience with machinery, automated environments, or general production is encouraged
