Job summary

Siemens Healthineers seeks a Material Handler (Finance) to support logistics processing in a warehouse setting. You will receive, inspect, and verify materials, then perform SAP transactions and material movements to ensure accurate inventory control and on-time shipping.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, experience with RFID and ERP systems, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience with RFID-enabled inventory control and cycle counting.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and RF scanning devices.
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment and operate material handling equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against shipping documentation.
• Accurately process transactions within SAP and warehouse management systems.
• Perform material movements, replenishments, and inventory transfers throughout the facility.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer and internal orders for shipment.
• Support cycle count activities and inventory accuracy initiatives.
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness within warehouse and storage locations.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Planning, Procurement, and Customer Service teams to meet business objectives.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives.
